Popcorn popping.
Springtime is one of my favorite times of year. When the flowers bloom and the air gets warmer, it just makes me happy and excited to be able to go outside again. A long time ago I learned a song that any other Mormon has heard, but it goes "I looked out the window and what did I see? Popcorn popping on the apricot tree. Spring has brought me such a nice surprise, blossoms popping right before my eyes," and ever since then whenever I see blossoms on trees that is all I can think of. Georgia is especially known for their dogwood trees and around this time of year there are blossoms like this everywhere and it just makes me think of making a popcorn ball, which is a wonderful welcome to spring!
