Curiosity.
Everyone is curious about something and wishes they knew more about it, but not everyone has the courage to take the time and explore. I admire those who take opportunities to learn everything they can about what they are interested in; I think that it shows dedication and a good work ethic when you can take an interest and explore it on your own without being told what to explore.
