Instruments.
Everyone has his/her choice instrument. There are the obvious instruments: piano, guitar, ukulele; but there are other instruments too: pens, pencils, highlighters, and sharpies. Then there are medical instruments that almost everybody worldwide will come in contact with at some point in their lives: stethoscopes, needles, scalpels. Every instrument has a purpose and when used for that purpose they are all helpful. Even when used correctly things can still go wrong, and it's not always guaranteed that everything will work out just how you expected it would. Nothing is certain; things change all the time. Practicing medicine is really just practicing and hoping everything turns out okay. So, even if your instrument of choice doesn't seem perfect, nothing is.
